We had a GREAT turnout at the Westwood Library for our Official Home Selling Workshop!! The two featured presenters, Mike Tinsley of the Tinsley Team and Deb Ellis of Deb Ellis Design, “pulled back the curtain” on the home selling process and discussed industry secrets to getting TOP DOLLAR in today’s market. Mike outlined proven methods to get buyers in an emotional state of mind by creating a competitive atmosphere in which buyers compete against each other instead of competing against the seller - through specific TIMING, PRICING, and MARKETING tactics.
